WUZETEM experts attend a press breakfast with journalists

The positive transformation of the company, its competencies, potential and expansion were discussed by WUZETEM experts, led by the President of the Board, Anna Ścieszko-Osińska, at the Press Meeting held on 6 October 2023 in Warsaw.

Some of the most important topics were NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND TARGET MARKETS

One of the key factors in the successful transformation of WUZETEM was the expansion of the company’s production machinery and the development of the R&D department, including cooperation with such educational establishments as the Military University of Technology, the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences or the Warsaw University of Technology. As a result, the company is now one of the few in Poland and Europe to successfully use the diamond-like-carbon (DLC) technology. WUZETEM is an appreciated manufacturer of parts for diesel engine injectors used on a daily basis by remanufacturing plants all over the world.  The company offers nozzles for diesel injection systems used in cars of such reputable makes as Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc.


Thanks to the aforementioned investments and expert know-how, WUZETEM has gained new industrial competencies, which will be beneficial not only for the company but also for related sectors, including strategic sectors that require high resilience, such as the arms sector. This is one of the important development areas planned by the Management Board of the company and implemented via, for instance, the acquisition of a licence from the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) for the production, storage and sale of weapons and ammunition intended for military and police forces.

The last few difficult years proved the importance of having a secure supply chain, and, in this context, it is critical to involve the domestic industry in the supply process so that the logistics chains are short, flexible and resistant to turbulence.

The future of investments, “HUMAN FIRST” and a valuable and inspiring conclusion of the meeting.

In summary of the press meeting, the Board President A. Ścieszko-Osińska emphasised the meaning of investments in infrastructure as well as in human resources. The position of the company in Poland and globally was a result of the efforts of many teams as well as a change in the culture of work, where the dominant principle was “human first” and an attitude based on the assumption that “everything can be worked out” instead of “it will be fine”.
