About FAAS

The Forum on Automotive Aftermarket Sustainability (FAAS) is a joint initiative started in September 2022 by CLEPA, the European Association of Automotive Suppliers, and FIGIEFA, the European Association of Automotive Aftermarket Distributors. The FAAS currently has 39 members, including yours, representing a mix between automotive supplier companies and wholesalers active in the European market. There are currently four Working Groups in the FAAS. Working Group 2 is addressing existing obstacles that hinder the remanufacturing of components through improved knowledge and understanding of this practice while emphasizing its significant contribution to the circular economy, with the ultimate goal to increase the market share of remanufactured products.
