At the rapidly approaching Automechanika trade fair in Frankfurt, both large and small companies from the workshop industry will be presenting their offerings. Industry giants are outdoing each other in announcements of their innovative products and solutions. What will ZF Aftermarket be offering?

ZF’s booth at the Frankfurt fair

ZF Aftermarket invites you to Automechanika Frankfurt 2024, where it will present the latest products and solutions designed to support its customers, workshops, and industry professionals. ZF’s stand in the “Forum” building will be prepared to best respond to the needs of key customer groups, allowing workshops, distributors, and fleet owners to count on individual support in dedicated zones. A new feature will be a special area devoted to the company’s achievements in automotive development, showcasing ZF’s innovations and key partnerships. In the practical zone, there will be live training sessions and demonstrations of the most important products for the market.

This year, ZF Aftermarket will present, among other things, the ZF [pro]Manager application, introduce new SACHS air shock absorbers for sale, and celebrate the 40th anniversary of workshop concepts.

“Automechanika Frankfurt is the ideal place to meet with our customers and partners from around the world. We primarily discuss how we will jointly cope with rapid changes in the industry and technological progress,” says Philippe Colpron, Head of ZF Aftermarket Division.

ZF [pro]Manager: a tool that meets the needs of modern workshop customers

During the fair, ZF Aftermarket will present the ZF [pro]Manager application – a comprehensive tool for digital customer relationship management. This solution enables workshops to professionally approach the requirements of modern customers who expect convenient service, smooth and transparent communication, as well as a proactive approach and the possibility of making digital payments. Thanks to such solutions facilitating the transfer of information to vehicle owners, workshops have the opportunity to significantly strengthen customer loyalty and generate additional revenue.

ZF [pro]Manager streamlines customer service by automating communication between the workshop and the car owner and processing orders. The user-friendly application interface enables smooth workshop operation, from quote acceptance to digital invoicing and payments. Thanks to automated promotions, booking management solutions, and fleet services, workshops also gain additional opportunities to develop their business offering.

New – SACHS air shock absorbers: combining air cushion with CDC shock absorber

The new SACHS air shock absorbers are a complete solution that combines pneumatic elements with a shock absorber and guarantees excellent interaction of these key components. ZF Aftermarket will introduce a range of air shock absorbers, including SACHS shock absorbers with CDC technology, thanks to which during use, sensors monitor all factors affecting vehicle movement. These signals are processed by the control unit, which adjusts the appropriate damping forces to the proportional damping valve every two milliseconds. This allows continuous adjustment of the damping force depending on the situation and road conditions – for example, when driving in difficult conditions, damping is automatically strengthened. From the driver’s point of view, this means greater control and stability, as well as improved comfort. Initially, SACHS air shock absorbers will be available for sale for, among others, Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne, and VW Touareg.

Fortieth anniversary of ZF workshop concepts

ZF Aftermarket celebrates the 40th anniversary of its workshop concepts, which began in 1984 with the launch of the Original SACHS Service (OSS) program. For decades, ZF has been developing its offer, resulting in the comprehensive ZF [pro]Tech service package introduced in 2012. Currently, over 12,000 automotive companies in Europe benefit from ZF [pro]Tech technical support, training, and exclusive service information.

More information about the company’s presence at Automechanika 2024 is available on the ZF Aftermarket website.
