The survey was conducted in 9 European countries from the Central and Eastern Europe and in the Great Britain. The aim of the survey was to assess the impact of a coronavirus pandemic on workshop activities in various countries. The report outlines the situation of the workshops before and after the pandemic, and provides forecasts for the near future.

It presents how workshops look on other markets, compared to the British market, with respect to:
• the level of customer decline
• reducing operating costs
• planned reductions in employment
• service prices
• government support.
