Steinhof Follows Trends. Tow Bars for Chinese BAIC Cars Now Available.

Steinhof, a manufacturer of tow bars, is expanding its offer with models dedicated to Chinese BAIC brand cars. The expansion of the catalog is meant to be a response to the growing popularity of Asian brands in the European automotive market.

Tow Bars for Chinese Cars

After years of European manufacturers’ dominance, the automotive market is opening up to new trends. South Korean cars, such as KIA or Hyundai, have gained recognition among European drivers, offering an attractive combination of price and quality. Now Chinese brands are also becoming popular, tempting consumers with competitive prices, especially in the popular SUV segment. Consequently, Steinhof is introducing tow bars for the BAIC Beijing 5 model to its offer.

Beijing 5 is a compact SUV from the Chinese manufacturer. The Steinhof tow bar dedicated to this model is designed to increase its versatility, allowing for towing a trailer weighing up to 1800 kg.

“One of the most important features in business is adapting to changes. That’s why at Steinhof, we are successively expanding our range of tow bars. Currently, not only American, German, French, or Korean brands arouse customer interest. We estimate that a certain part of the car market in Poland will be taken by manufacturers such as BAIC. That’s why we are already offering a tow bar for BAIC Beijing 5, as a complement to the car’s equipment with this functional accessory,” summarizes Mariusz Fornal from Steinhof’s technical department.
