UFI Filters continues to expand its company structure by appointing Paolo Cataldi as the General Manager of the Aftermarket Business Unit. He joins the international group that leads in the fields of filtration, thermal management, and technologies supporting the development of hydrogen mobility, taking over leadership in the global aftermarket market.

Biography of the New Director

Paolo Cataldi, 55, graduated from the University of Bari with a degree in Economics and Marketing. He has over 25 years of management experience in the automotive aftermarket industry. Cataldi has an in-depth knowledge of the spare parts market and has held many strategic positions over the years. He has worked in sales, product, and marketing departments, as well as held executive roles and managed business units in the Italian and international market for leading automotive parts manufacturers.
