KAVO launches new portal and online shop for customers
In Kavo Parts’ new e-catalogue, two new functionalities were recently added for customers; a shop and a customer portal. The only thing needed is a login. After an account is created, customers can now easily buy all parts online. Whether they want to do a big stock order, or buy some individual references by express, it’s all made possible.
In ‘my kavoparts’, the portal area, customers can consult order status, invoices, back orders etc. They can also download personalized reports and see all new items.
“It’s an extra service for our customers. The portal and shop are easy to use, offer transparency and bring all needed features and information together in one digital customer environment” according to Peter Bloemberg, Sales and Marketing Director at KAVO. “It certainly is not a replacement for our standard service, which we are praised for. We just keep up with times and make things easier for our customers”.
The new e-catalogue, including portal and shop, has a completely new design and quick and clear navigation. The search methods remained the same. “Our extensive database with all OE and car data is the root of our business and makes it possible for customers to quickly find the right part for the right car”, concludes Peter Bloemberg.
