Principal duties:

Taking requests from operatives by phone/e-mail/fax requisition
Entering purchase requisition details into ERP system
Liaising with JCI Branches/Sites/Suppliers
Focal point for disputes and orders
Administration support, master data management, evaluation of suppliers, data actualization.
Adaptability to a changing role - We are looking for people who will challenge the source of supply and identify areas of improvement + cost saving as well as processes

Qualifications:

General Standard of Education
Computer literate - Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel/Word)
Self motivated, reliable and dependability are essential to this position
Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent the Purchasing Department to Branches and Suppliers
knowledge of 1 Scandinavian languages ie.Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish or Danish plus English is requisite, Slovak/Czech as an advantage
